Patrick Skehan
Founder & President
Before coming to Stanford GSB and building 360 Feedback AI, Patrick founded and ran Nightline France – France's largest youth mental health NGO, with 45 staff and 250 volunteers across the country. At that scale, he experienced firsthand what happens when an organization grows past the point where everyone knows each other but doesn't yet have the tools or budget for real leadership development.
Patrick built 360 Feedback AI to respond to that need, leveraging AI to deploy the gold-standard in feedback to small and medium businesses.
He has a degree in Law and French from Trinity College Dublin, was a visiting fellow at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and is finishing his MBA program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
