Patrick Skehan previously founded Nightline France, the largest NGO in France dedicated to youth mental health. He is an expert in how peers can support one another and has testified on this subject before the French Parliament and Senate as an expert.

While undertaking an MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, he became interested in how feedback could be deployed in a more democratic way across the workforce – making 360 feedback that previously cost thousands of dollars finally accessible to the majority of employees.

He has a degree in Law and French from Trinity College Dublin, was a visiting fellow at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and is finishing his MBA program at Stanford University.
